Dr. Harold “Tad” Duke is the chief executive officer for Emergency Services Network. Proof that a person can be educated beyond their intelligence, Tad graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City combined BA/MD program. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Grady Memorial Hospital under Emory University. Dr. Duke subsequently completed his Masters in Public Health at Emory University and is also a graduate of Vanderbilt University where he completed a MBA (Beta Gamma Sigma). Prior to ESN, Dr. Duke spent time with most of the national emergency physician groups.

He received his DO from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine on an Army Health Professions scholarship. He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Ft. Hood, Texas. Prior to ESN, Dr. Likes achieved the rank of Major and served for 9 months in Bayji, Iraq with the 4th Infantry Division in 2003-04.
