Emergency Services Network is the result of many talented individuals trying to significantly impact the way that emergency care is delivered to each person in the communities we serve.  The doctors introduced here are supported by a skilled and efficient staff, so that they, in turn, can support our providers and client hospitals.

Dr. Harold “Tad” Duke is the chief executive officer for Emergency Services Network.  Proof that a person can be educated beyond their intelligence, Tad graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City combined BA/MD program.  He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Grady Memorial Hospital under Emory University.  Dr. Duke subsequently completed his Masters in Public Health at Emory University and is also a graduate of Vanderbilt University where he completed a MBA (Beta Gamma Sigma). Prior to ESN, Dr. Duke spent time with most of the national emergency physician groups.

Dr. Randle Likes is the director of emergency medicine at Gateway Medical Center in Clarksville, Tennessee.  A native of Colorado, Randy graduated from Colorado University and briefly worked as a financial planner before returning to CU to get his BSN.  He received his DO from University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine on an Army Health Professions scholarship.  He completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Ft. Hood, Texas.  Prior to ESN, Dr. Likes achieved the rank of Major and served for 9 months in Bayji, Iraq with the 4th Infantry Division in 2003-04.

Dr. Mark Muiznieks is the assistant director of emergency medicine at Gateway Medical Center in Clarksville, Tennessee.  Born in Adona, Turkey to a West Point graduate, Mark “returned” to the states and settled in Clarksville following high school.  He attended college at Austin-Peay University, and then graduated from the University Of Tennessee College Of Medicine.  He again returned to Clarksville after completing his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of South Carolina Richland Memorial Hospital. 

Dr. Don Gibson is the director of emergency medicine at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.   Dr. Gibson completed his medical school at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine and his residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Arkansas.

Dr. Michael Hasty is the assistant director of emergency medicine at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.  A native of Nashville, he attended Vanderbilt School of Medicine, and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Indiana University.  Michael has a specific interest in emergency ultrasound.  Ask him about his four sons.
